Can I customise products? +

Yes. Clothing, gifts, home décor, business items, and event pieces can all be personalised using our online design tools. Choose Start from Scratch or select a product via the Create menu.

Do I need an account to order? +

No, but creating an account allows you to:

  • Track your orders
  • Save designs
  • Access your purchase history
  • Manage addresses and preferences

Product Information

What printing methods do you use? +

We use high-quality DTF, UV, and laser engraving, depending on the type of product. Each product page specifies the method used.

Are your products pre-washed or pre-shrunk? +

Most of our garments are pre-shrunk, but please check the Sizing & Care page for garment-specific guidance.

Can I see a size guide? +

Yes, all size charts are available under Support Hub → Sizing & Care, as well as on individual product pages.

Design & Customisation

How do I upload my design? +

You can upload images, logos, or artwork using:

  • Create → Start from Scratch
  • Any product page under the Create menu

Supported formats include JPG, PNG, SVG, PDF.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)? +

No minimum order is required for standard products. Bulk discounts are available for corporate and event orders.

Can someone design for me? +

Yes, if you need help, contact us through Support Hub → Contact Us and our design team will guide you.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure checkout options depending on your region.

How do I reset my password? +

Go to My Account → Lost Your Password? and follow the prompts.

Can I save my designs for later? +

Yes, saved designs appear in your My Account → Saved Designs section.
