Do you accept returns?

Because all Art Cntrl products are custom-made to order, we only accept returns if there is a confirmed issue with the product.

We do not accept returns for customised or personalised items unless the error is on our side.

What qualifies for a replacement or refund?

We will replace or refund your order if:

• The item arrives damaged or materially flawed
• The print or finish quality is below expected standards
• The final product is materially different from what you approved or ordered

How do I report a problem with my order?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item:

Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A short description of the fault

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Are customised products returnable?

No. All personalised or custom-designed products are made specifically for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless we made an error.

Who covers the return shipping cost?

If the issue is verified as our fault → Art Cntrl covers return + replacement shipping.

If no fault is found → Customer pays the return shipping cost.

What if Art Cntrl cannot verify the issue by email?

We may ask you to send the item back for physical inspection.

If a fault is confirmed:

• We replace or refund the item
• We refund your shipping cost

If no fault is found: you will be responsible for return shipping.

Do you accept returns for washed or used items?

No. Items that have been worn, washed, or used are not eligible for returns or replacements.

How long does production take?

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on the product type.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery once dispatched:

• UK: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 5–7 business days
• International: 7–12 business days

Why are returns limited for customised items?

Every customised product is created specifically for you using your artwork, size selection, and personal design choices. Because they cannot be resold, returns are restricted.
